Failure to protect is failure to care - exactly the opposite of the Tracker slogan

Tracker sent me an email to indicate that my system is faulty as they are not receiving signals from my vehicle This was not followed up with a phone call from their side - simply a generic email Despite my EVERY effort to arrange for a technician to be on site to remedy the problem Tracker has still not come to the party - thus they are in breach of contract and directly responsible for putting my short term insurance cover at risk.
