Failure to pay back amount owing
Good day,
I received an sms yesterday that my query 141505 has been resolved. I made an EFT to Tracker in September, yet on the 1st of October the amount was deducted again. Above reference relates to the credit that needed to be done. I have received no further communication from Tracker. How can the query be resolved if the amount has not been credited into my account? I please need an urgent response.

Does it truly take more than a week to pay back the amount owed?
As soon as a client owes Tracker monies, emails and sms's are sent and numerous calls made. Why, when you owe the client money, do you not communicate at all?
This is ridiculous.
I cannot understand why some car manufacturers force clients to make use of your pathetic service.
When will I receive the monies owed from Tracker???
Does it truly take more than a week to pay back the amount owed?
