Failing device - bike ******

I am quite disappointed with the service that I receive from Tracker - they are quick to notify me when does an impact notification. But the device didn’t work for over hours and I was not was not notified or receive any calls.

As a fleet owner who is expanding the business. Tracker has left me with questions and worried. I rent my bike to Delivery guys - well I’m told the last scene of the tracker unit was in Edenvale

I am concerned and very disappointed with the device and service. Did they test the unit after installing it? Should I continue doing business with them? Is tracker failing me after being a loyal client for years?

I’ve already opened the case and reported to them that the bike is ****** - by a ****mer who pretended to be a delivery guys! But question is where was response when I need tracker. The services is only tested when you need them the most and I feel they have failed me.
