Failed to Cancel contract and refund premiums

I spoke to one Tebogo Rikhotso today. I cancelled this contract in May already with a Sabelo Mbanjwa. I would appreciate a confirmation and acknowledgement that this has been done and my premiums refunded which you had no authority to debit. You acted ********ly in doing so as clearly authority was not given.<br> <br> Please acknowledge receipt hereof and confirmation of the cancellation and refund of premiums. My car insurance premium went up when I advised them I had cancelled my contract effective June 2015 and you also debit me which is a double whammy.<br>
