Terrible service No communication No desire to do thier jobs,Dont understand English spoken or written Before I left I called in to give my mom power of attorney to deal with them every things was fine then everything went to ****! They want money but don't call or email back we have canceled the policy months as our 2 years are up and yes they are asking for money. I emailed them 28 October 2025 and still waiting a reply. What use is it having tracker. I don't think they could even recover the car as the can't even read. Good luck
