Extremely poor service

My wife got a tracking device installed on her vehicle a few years ago. Bought a new car recently and was charged for removing the device from the old car to the new one. Now, the contract has been terminated, given just a number to call and find a tracker workshop to remove it.

We phoned the number and got the address and drove to there to remove it, only to be told to make an appointment for another day where we must pay R395 to remove it. We went there today only to be told by the workshop manager that NOW Tracker says we must come back at the end of the month when the contract has expired.

My problem is why they didn't say this to us earlier as we have now been wasting our time and expensive fuel to do drive all the way twice for nothing and now we must go for the 3rd time. Whenever you speak to one agent the story changes when you speak to another one. This is a very unprofessional company which I don't wish to deal with in the future.
