Extremely disappointing service.

I have missed 2 payments. I have provided my banking details, my phone number, my email and had a business agreement that includes deduction data for almost 3 years now. I’m told that I was sent my invoice and notifications and when I express that I haven’t received any information, I’m advised that I’m lying. I’m running a risk of my insurance not covering me because trackers system is unreliable but wants to blame my bank that allows all my debit orders to go off. Sort out this issue or cancel my service. Stop wasting my time.
