Extremely disappointed Cartracker client

I'm so disappointed with the service I'm currently receiving from Cartracker. I had an incident on the 12December 2020 where i needed Cartracker's assistance as a client, unfortunately they didn't come through for me. I then sent an email to complain about their service to the following email address: *** I got an automated response and that was it. 2 weeks after sending the email and not getting any response i decided to reverse my payment as a desperate cry for help, that's when Cartracker started noticing me as a client and started calling me non stop. I still have not received an assistance regarding my complaint. The only thing I'm getting is harrassment and threatening emails.
