Extremely bad service

Last year May I bought a vehicle which was later fitted with a device from Tracker. Without informing me anything i had a device attached to my car keys and i was told someone from Tracker was going to call to explain how it works. I waited and did not receive a call. I called numerous times without any help, I received a call 5 months later and was informed that they now wanted to link the device to my vehicle. I was livid as clearly i was going around with something that was not even working.

Fast forward since then i will receive calls even in the evil hours of the morning informing me that they have received a signal on my vehicle whereas the key is in my drawer and my vehicle is safely parked. I have on million times explained to them that they are receiving erronous signals. Till now i have not been assisted.

Having tracker is proving to be useless as clearly my vehicle is still not safe regardless of the device and me having to pay every month.
