Extremely appalling Experience with Tracker.

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with the services provided by Tracker. Despite paying for their services, my tractor's tracking device was cancelled and unauthorized for a staggering five months. During this time, we embarked on a journey from Cape Town to Durban, traversing through numerous high-risk areas. It's only by the grace of the Almighty that our vehicle was not hijacked or ******, which would have resulted in our insurance claim being denied due to the unauthorized cancellation.

Tracker's negligence and failure to provide the services we paid for put us in a vulnerable position, and we feel extremely fortunate to have avoided a potentially disastrous outcome. I would not recommend Tracker to anyone, and my personal rating for their services would be a minus one if possible. Their lack of accountability and reliability is appalling, and we deserve better. And to top it off they don’t know who authorised it and the investigation will take 5 working days. And we paid for the period not covered.
