Experience with them was appalling

To say I'm disappointed with your service would be an understatement! I bought a new vehicle and wanted my current unit to be put in my new car, but was told you don't swap out instead I should cancel the contract, pay a cancelation fee of R1600 so the current unit will be decomitioned and your techie would put in a new device in the new car. That doesn't make sense since I still want to be a customer but the guy I spoke to told me that this cost is to compensate the techie coming to do the job! How is that my issue? I will be taking my business elsewhere and won't look back!
