Excellent Service

This morning, 23 November 2020 I was complaining about the absolutely useless service from an opposition Company. Now to your Company I can say exactly the opposite. After cancelling the fitment from the opposition, I called my Insurer MiWay and requested cancellation of the fitment of their product. While I was on the line they requested Tracker Connect to contact me. I within about 1 or 2 minutes I had received a Call. I signed up with you. As I am writing this review it is 14:45, I was told by my Motor Dealer the Installation (Fitment) has been completed. I was told however that installation would be done from 15:00 by the consultant. That means the installation was completed before it had even begun. Thank you for your excellent Service. The complete process from first contact to completed fitment took less than 4 hours. I would also would like to commend your Consultant Ms Mapula Kekana, who was professional and handled the process excellently. Thank You again.
