Excellent Service

On 3 July 2021 my car was ****** at my wife's work at 9:14. Tracker was immediately informed and responded. By 10:39 the car was recovered and arrests where made! During this whole time Tracker kept us informed of what was happening. I only had the Tracker installed 2 months before this and if it was not for them our car would be gone!

We really received excellent and friendly service the whole way through! I also have the Back On Track cover with Tracker and they handled the claim with ease and very quickly. The only thing I can suggest is that they look at making the process for this claim a bit faster! It is 15 days today from when the claim went in to the SAPD for Verification and I still have no news of what is happening or any indication of when I will receive my payout!

But otherwise there is nothing to complain about! Keep up the Excellent service Tracker!
