Endless debit orders

On 01 June 2014 Tracker debited my account, then on 10 June 2014 the car was sold and Tracker was informed, but I was told the account won't be closed because its in arrears, I don't understand how the account can be in arrears when the payment method is via debit order. Again on 01 July 2014 Tracker debited R422.97 from my account yet my monthly premium is R91.30. I had it reversed at the bank as I didn't understand why so much was taken. The next time I was owing R1200 and my name was submitted to their friends who keep on debiting my account and I keep reversing the debit. I am tired of this game can it come to an end please!
