Endangers lives with poor service and non-sensical disconnections

I have been a client of Tracker_SA for several years now. I sold my old vehicle and began a new contract in January 2024. Since then, my services have been suspended several times due to false non-payment allegations and handed over to a credit collection agency Numble Collections. Every 2 months I receive texts saying I did not pay and my account has been suspended. I was told to change the reference number I used to make payments, and I had done just that; yet, each time I have done so, my account was suddenly suspended and was cut off. I travelled outside the country last year, with no coverage!

I have made several follow ups and each time was assured the matter was resolved, only to find out, it was not. When I say I want to cancel, I am told I either have to put up with the poor service till the contract runs out or pay R2000 to be released. It has gotten so bad that one of their staff members hang up on me (yes, I was furious).

It's not reasonable that every 2 months I have to call and resolve this matter. I pay faithfully, so why am I being jerked around as if a favour is being done for me instead of rendering a service for which a quoted price is paid?!
