Empty promises by tracker

I have been sending emails to tracker without any response from them they have debited my account and I did not authorize them to do so I wrote a review not so long ago and they called me making empty promises I haven't heard anything from them since then I need a letter stating that they will no longer debit my account and I also want the money that I work so hard for back in my account. I do not want any dealings with Tracker not now not even in future I want my money refunded
