<p>tracker has been harrasing me for the pass few months telling me i owe them when i clearly called them to let them know i will no longer require their services. the person i spoke to the first time told me i had a 3 year contract with the so i would have to pay a cancellation fee to terminate before 3 years. the contract was cancelled minus the cancdellation fee but i must pay for the 3 months before they cancelled it. i will not be paying anything because Kgomotso confirmed that i never had a 3 year contract with them, so had the person i spoke to the first time done their job properly i wouldnt have an amount due. i will not pay for some *********** person's mistakes. you need to remove my name from the credit bereau and write off that amount due or i will have to take you to the ombud.</p>
