Double charge and incorrect information

For nearly two years I struggled to get the Tracker off my mother's name and onto mine and I was the owner of the tracking unit. This finally got sorted only to discover I was being double charged one the tracker in my son's vehicle. Again after months of trying to sort it out, finally it was resolved only to have it reverted to my mother's name and she has now been handed over for monies not collected on the double charge. I am struggling to get hold of tracker to resolve this and am now past frustrated. Can any one please assist.
