Dont waste your time with Tracker Connect

HI guys just want to warn you about this service provider i go to one of their products the Care product and it has never worked from day one and i have given them more than enough time to sort this problem out and it has never been sorted, so i decided to cancel the product and they told me i have to pay for cancellation, the question is how do i pay for a product that ever worked the only thi g they know is to take my money monthly, they don't even reply to emails they just useless don't waste your time guys
