Over the years I have spent thousands of Rands on this service. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I received two messages and a phone call informing me that my car was in a high risk area. An extremely unhelpful girl, Mbali, answered the phone and was completely useless. She told me that I must tell her if the car was high-jacked and that I should go to the police station. What a low IQ person! She did not offer me the service of tracking the car or checking on the driver! I spoke to her manager who was a little more helpful. Eventually the driver of the car phoned me. If the car had been high-jacked I strongly doubt that TRACKER would have done anything.
