Dont use Tracker

I have been with Tracker for over 6 years now, During Nov 2015 I changed my bank details. In Dec 2015 I contact Tracker to get their banking details and make a payment of R600 into their account since Jan2016 I am getting calls from some kind of debt collection company stating that Tracker has handed me over and I owe R265. They keep on phoning 4 to 5 times a day. I contacted Tracker and was given a new amount of R286. I asked why they handed me over and the agent wasn't very helpful and just asked if he can forward me to the legal department, what a shock as they didn't answer their calls. Please go ahead and cancel any of my contracts that is left and send me the fee that you feel I need to pay so that I can stop dealing with this pathetic service. I will be adding this to my Facebook and any social media account I have to show to people how Tracker treats their customers. If this is how you treat your customers and from other posts I have read you cant even track vehicles, then you are just collecting money.
