DONT TRUST TRACKER WITH ANYTHING. NOT EVEN HONESTY.

So you buy a new car. You decide a tracker unit would be the right thing to do, because its a expensive vehicle. You contact tracker connect, and the unit gets installed before you take delivery. Now with tracker connect the fun starts. The unit installed has not been explained to you. The unit does not function when you press the emergency assist button. For two years tracker attempt to get the unit to work. NO luck. So now you read the contract. If they cant fix it within 15 days of a written notice, you give them 20 days notice of cancellation of the contract. So that's what i do. 15 days notice. Problem still exists. Right 20 days notice of cancellation is sent. Now try and get them to cancel the contract. Forget it. They are in breach of the initial contract. ( they could not provide the service being paid for.) Now if they cancel the contract I have to pay what ever they recon is still outstanding on the contract????? So efectively I must pay them to get rid of them because they could not provide what I was paying for. In my experience, if you need a vehicle monitoring device. TRACKER would be the LAST company you would want to trust.
