Tracker - would somebody senior with knowledge, not a technician or a call centre, please call me to sort out your faulty devices!!!

As my wife drove out the driveway this morning I get an emergency tracker call "is all ok are you all right?" on vehicle HM ........

After my slight heart attack once again after all the emergency calls I had over the past few months on my wife's and son's vehicles, I lost it with the poor emergency call centre guy.
