Don't believe what you are told from anyone at Tracker, Rather only speak with the Legal Department only them know the rules at Tracker

Tracker have their Technical Staff and Finance office to keep you basically not to cancel your contract, even if you paid your legal agreement and normally a 2 year contract, they also make sure you cover the Insurance by paying your subscription. If you do get in arrears the basically string you along especially is my case, i use the Skrytrax app and Car Guard Facility each and everyday. I had yhe support team staying in contact with me and so yhe accounts department sending me the assistance 50% discount if i settle the account, which i obviously did not do due to the fact why must i pay for something that does not work .... I was assured by Technical Support and Finance office that Tracker DOES NOT errupt the App to make it malfunction all the time. I even made a video of this and the App opens 57 times before i can activate the Car Guard. I was mailed prompts to follow and try to get the App to work on my CAT S61. This have been going on for month's and i did get now and then a call or email from Technical support and the reduced SMS notice to keep me not cancelling my contract. However today 23 April 2021 i recieved a call from the Legal Department Mrs Vanity Hlatswayo to inform me that ones uour account is in arrears Tracker then on purpose make the App not working as it is suppose to be till the customer brings the account up to date. I was then instructed by phone and mail to cancel my contract with Tracker after me being a part of Tracker for the last approx 21 years, i had all my vehicles including the wifes cars ( 9 vehicles ) fitted with their systems. I also do not Qualify for any discount and even have to pay a month's notice. I would rather give everyone advise to shop around and give Tracker rather a miss for especially the legal department really and truly don't care in anyway whatsoever and you don't want a call from them especially Mrs Vanity Hlatswayo. Shop around guys and miss Tracker !!!!
