Do not use Tracker, useless ****mers, rude and unhelpful.All they want is your money.

****mers that only want your money but when they have to track your car and recover it,they come with all sorts of excuses under the sun, the consultants are rude , managers try to threaten you or make you feel some type of way. My VW POLO was ****** for almost 2 weeks now in Boksburg, when I phoned to let them know it has been ****** all they told me was that they are sorry but they cannot do anything as they can't even see it on their tracking system. Imust just call the police. They failed to comminicate with me via phone calls and smses, they kept on insisting they are sending me messages regardless of me telling them I am not receiving any. They do not response to my emails either, whenever they feel like responding after so many days,They don't even answer to what you are asking about.

Useless ****mers who just want to take people's money but never bother to recover their cars, no sense of urgency, poor customer service , horrible bosses and unbothered. DO NOT USE TRACKER AND THEIR SERVICES
