DO NOT USE TRACKER

I recently tried to cancel my Tracker account. I have accepted the 1 month notification and payment thereof but need my tracker deactivated asap. I have emailed several times. Do not bother trying to call, after following the prompts to the correct cancellation department I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, no one has called me back despite numerous messages that indicate otherwise. Its the most pathetic service I have ever received and for the montlyl payment they charge its absolutely not worth using this company.
