Do not trust Tracker Connect with your hard earned money

Tracker has to be the worst company you can deal with, they don’t care about you as a customer, they only want your money. I cancelled their services with them in January because they failed to assist me on an issue I had with them, I phoned them almost everyday to resolve but I kept getting different consultants which I had to repeat my story every time ands issues still not resolved. To date they still debiting me and I keep reversing and to date no one has called me to found out why I’m reversing clearly I do not matter to them, they just want their money. If they can treat you like this and ignore you like this, imagine if you are in real trouble and you had to call their rude call centre for help. KINDLY STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT, SINCE YOUR CALL CENTRE CANT HELP, HOPE YOU GUYS CAN I ALREADY REQUESTED FOR CANCELATION IN JANUARY.
