Do not join TRACKER
I do not recommend anyone joining this useless company. They only help you with joining. Afterwards, there is no after sales assistance whatsoever. They have installed a tracking device on my vehicle on 04/02/2023 and the device never worked at all. I have been calling them on numerous occasions for them to sort out the issue. A month later and I still did not get any assistance whatsoever. All they do is escalate and give you reference numbers for nothing. I was promised to be called back by a supervisor which did not happen. The call centre is totally useless. Never trust a company like this with important stuff like tracking your vehicle.
