DO NO JOIN TRACKER, THEIR FINANCING AND ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL!!!!!!

I have been harassed by Tracker SA due to their claim of non-payment. I had cancelled my subscription to tracker at the end of March (roughly the 27th of March 2024- with email proof of this interaction knowing that there was a one month notice fee to be paid, which I paid, for which I also have proof. It is now August where I have received some form of communication about my account being in arrears several times a month since, where each month I have made an effort to prove this cancellation at the end of March to no avail. They have now provided me with an email claiming that my account is now suspended due to not paying this arrears amount, where they claim to take legal action if the amount is not paid.
