disparate and unhappy

Good Day, the service with this company is bad. i tried many times to call them to cancel the tracker contract. the consulted that i spoke to tried to transfer me to cancelation department many times the line was not going through. all the consultant indicated to me that they will call me back. i was surprised when i received an sms from MCS. I'm not happy with the service that i received from tracker.
