Dishonest conduct

Like usual, terrible service from Tracker. I gave them notice to cancel the contract on both my vehicles on 31 May 2022. They acknowledge receipt, and yet they answer my mail on the 16th of June 2022 to say my contracts will be cancelled effectively 31 July 2022 as they require a calendar months notice.
