Dishonest billing after cancellation

Very dishonest.

I submitted a cancellation request through Tracker’s website on 29 April 2026.

Tracker ignored my cancellation request, so I had to call again on 3 May just to follow up. That was not my original cancellation request.

They then claimed the cancellation was only effective from 4 May, which conveniently shifts the date in their favour.

After I had already cancelled, Tracker still issued further invoices, including a June subscription invoice.

This is unacceptable billing after cancellation, and I would not recommend Tracker to anyone.
