Disgusting Tracker Service

On the 15th March 2023 l had an issue with my car around 5pm driving from work and informed tracker that l was in a risky area. Tracker informed me that they will arrange towing as I'm covered for towing which l agreed and was given a reference number 23-***-R01.

I immediately after the sms l got a whatapp call from someone by the name of William saying he will be towing the car. I had to wait till 7.40pm as he kept saying he's coming to tow the car and eventually he indicated that he will send someone to sit with me as he was stuck in traffic. When l called tracker l was told that l should be patient as he was coming where eventually he sent a friend of his around 8pm to town the car. Honestly the service from tracker is disgusting considering that l have 5 cars with them as l intend cancelling their contract before something drastic happens to my life.
