disgusting (non) service

Absolutely pathetic service from tracker. No call back in month's, absolutely useless employees who cannot make a telephone call to inform me whether or not units were fitted. Month's have gone by, it's something hard to believe.

I will be instituting legal action and will walk out of the contracts I have, considering I've been a loyal client over the past ten years. Sick and disgusting.
