Disgusted in Tracker
Tracker does not even deserve this 1 star rating!
I am a current client of Tracker. I have been experiencing VERY POOR service from their side and actually thinking of canceling both my contracts I have with Tracker.
I contacted Tracker customer service NUMEROUS TIMES and on all occasions NO ONE was able to assist me and give feedback regarding the matter of no one pitching to install a new device.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME. I have been PAYING for an ongoing contract for 3 months now without an installation.
I am highly disappointed and disgusted!
