Disgusted Customer

Hi

I received a call from Sabelo(Norman Bissett Attorneys) advised that I have been handed over by tracker as I owe R342. I have been consistently paying my tracker and the last payment was on the 27th May 2020 but according to her the last payment was on the 25th March 2020.

I checked by invoice and it shows that i have been consistently paying and called the Tracker billing department. A gentleman by the name of Thulani assisted with checking my account and found that it is indeed up to date.

1. How does tracker make such a mistake of wrongfully handing someone over 2. Why did tracker not call me when they suspected that I was not paying

This is now going to reflect bad on my ITC record because of a stupid mistake that someone made.

I need you to rectify this and ensure that my credit record is not affected by your incompetency.
