Disgruntled customer

I am extremely unhappy, I spoke to Khanyisa Nkuna this morning at date 2017/08/23 time 8:48 and she was rude and gave me bad attitude. I called regrding the increase of prices and wanted to either cancel the contract or get the prices reduced and she suggested that I enter into a new contract that will last for 24 months (this was really confusing, how can I enter into a new contract meanwhile I have been with tracker for 4 years now), when I wanted to cancel the contract she kept quiet while still on the line . [1] I am the one who called and she had the audacity to keep quiet [2] I explained that the amount was too much and couldn't afford and she kept quiet when I wanted to cancel the contract. [3] I am really disgruntled I mean there are many vehicle tracking companies in RSA that I affordable, why should I not be allowed to cancel my contract.
