Disgraceful Tracker "service"

What a garbage company!!!! For the whole 1st year my Tracker was faulty. Paid a whole year for nothing. Only once trying to log in to do my logbook it said "nothing logged". That's how they found out. I notified them. After a long fight I got refunded for all those months with a dead tracker system in my car and had a working one installed thereafter. Next issue is logging into the app. Denies log in. After a struggle and finally on the app to do my logbook, the ******* system becomes unresponsive and freezes. To capture 2 WORDS takes between 3 - 5 minutes due to "page unresponsive" notifications and system failure. It takes forever and a whole lot of screams later to get the bare minimum done on this app. The only reason I got this service was for the logbook, but even that doesn't work! There are gaps in my trips that are not logged. Get your $h*t together Tracker!!! You will be losing clients at a rapid pace if you continue with your appaling service! I am on the verge of pulling the plug.
