Disappointment bunch

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the poor service and lack of response from Tracker. My experience with your company has been nothing short of disappointing, and my previous complaints have gone unanswered. Initially, I was informed that my old contract for the car I sold would be automatically canceled when purchased a new vehicle and signed a new contract. However, I was later told that I needed to pay R1,000 to cancel the old contract. When I followed up three months later, I was informed that the cancellation fee had increased to R2,000. This inconsistency is both confusing and frustrating, and the lack of clear guidance on how to proceed screams incompetency. Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification. I have received no feedback or resolution on this matter. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I strongly urge Tracker to provide an immediate and detailed explanation of the cancellation process and the associated fees.
