Disappointing service, Tracker
I had a tracker device installed on my vehicle for the past 10 years without any claim.I cancelled the contract a couple of months ago as I don't use the vehicle that much anymore and it is parked in a secured place.The contract was cancelled and I requested a technician to come and disconnect the unit as it weakens the car's battery .I was told to take it to a fitment centre and a fee of R595 is involved.Firstly ,the battery is flat and of course the car is not in working order .Secondly you should inform customer's regarding this from points A to Z.Only time we heard from you is with the monthly statement and other financial issues.Appauling, and to think my wife wanted make use of your services from February next year and my Son is in the process of purchase a car.You not the only tracking company.Once again APPAULLING.

24 Dec 2025, 10:13Thank you for the speedy automated and telephonic response without any solution.Cer*****ly you are not concerned regarding future business for your company.I simply asked for a technician to come and disconnect the unit and remove it.I also asked for the disconnection fee to be waived as I not have any claims for the 10 years we had a contract with you.That's cal ed a gentleman agreement.Iwas told it cannot be waived.Well there's a difference between CANNOT and WILLINGNESS.
I'll advise not to make use of their services as they also have an inconsistent recovery rate.
