Disappointing Service

On Friday i sent a alert for call back request and the consultant did not waste time to call me back and i requested for a quote for towing assistance since well i 'am covered for 40km round trip and my car was more 40km away to my destination and no one could provide me with a quote and i end up not being assisted meaning that if i was on the side of the road i was going to sleep there, I'm very disappointed with the service i received what makes the matters worse is that i had to hold for 45 mins for someone to provide me with quote which i did not get. I believe that as a customer i have a right to the extra cost before any service can be rendered.
