Disappointed MyTracker customer

I have been contacting Shannon Morais on email: ********** but not one day was I helped. Their accounting/costing department or should I say Shannon offers terrible service, to my disappointment as I do not have any problem with their technical side of service. I got a letter notifying me of an increase in my premium to be R101.39 monthly as their yearly review. Which I had no problem with, but when they were debiting from my account they took R157.20 which I did not understand why and contacted them for an explaination via email. I sent my first email on the 28/08/2017, 2nd on the 21/12/2017, 3rd on the 28/12/2017, 4th on the 28/02/2018, 5th on the 06/03/2018 all with no response from Shannon Morais but on the 5th email I asked if I should involve Hello Peter for them to respond to me, of which Shannon responded to my 5th email and asked for my id number and I sent it on the 15/03/2018 and I have never heard from them ever since. Their service is very poor and they do not acknowledge their customers, you cannot just pay extra money you do not know what it is for.

I am very disappointed with Shannon Morais and his department service.
