Disappointed Customer

I have been with tracker for many years now with the standard package. I was recently advised from tracker to install cartrack, which was better as per the consultant. I was happy to pay that extra knowing that my vehicle & I will be safer. We went through the standard terms & conditions and I was debited for this. A few weeks ago I was offered the option for a trade in which I accepted I did call tracker & advise that I was in the process of purchasing a new vehicle but was just waiting for my dealer to sort documentation & once I receive my new vehicle I could call & you guys will retrieve from my old vehicle & this will be put into my new vehicle. I have picked up my vehicle a few days now & called into tracker to advise…. I am now being told that I will have to pay a fee for retrieving & installation which is upsetting as I was never informed about this in the first place. I have requested my calls to be played back to hear what the consulted did advise & to date I have not received a response from anyone at tracker. I have called a number of times & no one can assist me which is absolutely Disappointing!!!

I do not see why I am liable to pay this cost & now I am paying for cartrack in a vehicle that I do not even have… It does not make sense & I cannot even cancel because this is a contract.

I would appreciate if someone could help asap I need to sort my new vehicle out quite upsetting knowing that I am an old client of tracker…….
