Disappointed client

Good day

I am writing this as am not happy at all,i have tried calling tracker connect but nobody is assisting me My concern is when ever I enter high risk zones, tracker people buzz me me instead of calling like they used to, what happens is the phone ring once, then they would send me an sms saying that they tried to call but that sms does not have option to reply if am safe or not. I have sent them emails but all they say is they will escalate the matter and get back to me.about 3 weeks back I removed the battery in my car around 17h00 but I was only called around 21h00 which they were buzzing, how can they take so long to contact me? The last lady I spoke to is Boitumelo she promised me that I will receive feedback within a week that was last month and am still waiting.

I am so disappointed in your service more especially that am paying.

I need this matter resolved or I will be forced to cancel this policy with immediate effect.
