Disappointed..
Had 2 cars under Tracker, cancelled the one but I will bill more than R400 after I cancelled. I was supposed to pay +-R200 per month. I'm currently owing them more than R1500 within three months after I've been reversing the amount the debited on my account. The account during those months went off in any date of the month not the one we agreed to. Tried to call for explanation, sent an email requesting them to return my call but they didn't. Now they want me to pay the R1500 which I do not have, I'm cancelling their services. I've been with them for years, I'm very disappointed. Lydia

25 Oct 2023, 09:31I see they have debited my account with the R1570.09 this morning after I made them aware of my dispute, they promised to investigate and get back to me, worse I can't even reverse the payment and it is not even my pay day. I need them to cancel their service immediately, after all this year's I'm extremely disappointed. Bad service ever.
