Disappointed

<p>I am memeber of tracker and have being paying my account up to date. I lost a car from my yard at night but i never got any notification of posseble theft or movement of the car as usually they send sms to let me know if its me or i am in danger nothing.The following day i reported it ****** the could not even trace it but i kept on paying them.After 4 months i got call from police saying they sported my car but they need clearity of some extras on the car because it was changed totaly everything.I called Tracker to come check if there is something they can pick up from the car,they never showed up.After long convesation i asked them to refund me as they failed from protecting my property they refused. Today i took resolution to make people aware that they must not be supriced if they loose car they will never get help fro Tracker SA.</p>
