Difficult cancelling the contract
I am so disappointed on how you guys treat elderly people,my dad cancelled the account last year but now you deducted the money and now my dad has to do the run around to the bank to cancel the contract????what the hell is your call center doing ? All he wants is for you to cancel the contract that's it. Why are u making it difficult for him .if he doesn't want the contract it is his business not yours he can't afford it anymore,Cancel the contract stop abusing the Elderly ,I won't let you abuse my Dad ,he is a pensioner Cancel the account as he requested stop renewing it ,if you don't I will get my family lawyers to deal with you .
