did not take tracker out when I asked them a year

My husband had tracker for a week in his car, and due to sickness he lost his work within 7 day we asked Tracker to remove the system as we can't afford it anymore as he was in process of medical boarding. We lost the car and eveything els due to his sickness. We did call and email many times to remove tracker from the car but they just ignores us. We had no income for the last year and stay with my daughter now and Tracker keep on harrisng us week after week, we have nothing and can't pay anything. I will try the ombudsman now with all the emails and from there we will see. Case cl***.
