Defective tracking device installed

A tracking unit was installed in my vehicle before I took possession of it alsmost two years ago. <br> <br> Since I have this vehicle all it has caused me was inconvenience, the faulty unit drains my battery and on more than one occasion I had to get complete strangers to give me a jump start. <br> <br> On the first of August 2015 my family and I was in a compromised position when the car would not start after attending a function. It was after midnight. I had to phone around and wait for roadside assistance for more than an hour to come and assist.The car's on board computer is all messed, up my PDC and other assistive programmes are not functioning properly. I also indicate engine system errors and that the HDC programme is not available. Yesterday I had my car serviced and the faults on the system could not be cleared because this tracking device interfere with the battery strength. I am now told that I should also get a new battery . . . . who is going to carry this expensive?? This is not due to my fault on my part. <br> <br> I am now obtaining quotes from other service providers who will render a better service.<br> <br> Erwinn Jansen
