At it again!!. Got a bill for a canceled vehicle, they've been promising for months to correct it and nothing happens 2) They charged me 75% penalty fee for a failed debit order. That's almost equal their monthly subscription fee. What a rip-off and I don't think it's within the prescribed CPA. 3) Worst of all, their consultants, if you can get through to them; can't even explain their very own invoices they keep sending me. They always escalate queries.

One thing I got to give to them and they consistently do it so well at all times is being worthless.
